Nymindegab Museum
Welcome to Nymindegab Museum
Nymindegab Museum offers art and culture for everyone – and is known by many as children’s favourite! The museum is set in magnificent natural surroundings between the North Sea, the fjord and the dune landscape. Here you can discover the hidden history of one of Denmark’s first artists’ colonies, the Nymindegab painters, founded by Laurits Tuxen.
Join us on a journey back to the days when Nymindegab was home to local fishermen, seaside visitors from the city, and the artists who found their motifs right here.
