Welcome to the Vardemuseerne press room

Journalists and photographers with a valid press card have free admission to Vardemuseerne’s visitor sites in connection with editorial work. If you do not have a press card but wish to visit one of our museums for journalistic purposes, please contact us in advance. We also recommend doing so if you need interviews, special access, or assistance with your story.

Photos and recordings

Photography and filming for private use are permitted at Vardemuseerne’s visitor sites. Photography as well as film and audio recordings for editorial use are also permitted, provided that applicable legislation and press ethical guidelines are observed. Each photographer or journalist is responsible for this.

Photography and recordings for advertising, marketing, or other commercial purposes require prior agreement with Vardemuseerne. Vardemuseerne reserves the right to restrict or stop photography and recordings if they inconvenience other guests, disrupt activities, or interfere with the museums’ daily operations.

Press photos can be downloaded here from the website and used in connection with editorial coverage of Vardemuseerne and our visitor sites. The images may not be used for advertising or marketing without prior permission from Vardemuseerne.
