Guided Bunker Tour in the Dunes by Blåvandshuk Lighthouse (English-speaking guide) – 30 April 2026
Experience the Atlantic Wall with a guide who shares insights into both history and nature in the beautiful landscape surrounding Blåvandshuk Lighthouse.
The Atlantic Wall stretched from the Pyrenees at the Spanish border to the North Cape in Norway and was built by Nazi Germany to prevent an Allied invasion.
There were no fewer than approximately 2,000 bunkers in the area. On this guided tour, we visit nine constructions/bunkers. The tour is 1.8 kilometres long and lasts one and a half hours. The route passes through hilly terrain and often along narrow paths, where bare legs may get slightly scratched. There are also adders in the area, so sturdy footwear is recommended.
The price is DKK 85 for adults and DKK 45 per child.
Tickets are sold in the shop at Blåvandshuk Lighthouse on a first-come, first-served basis or by phone at +45 75 27 54 11. There is space for 25 participants.
